Warranty issues come up very rarely because we do remodeling right in the first place; down to the smallest detail. For more than 40 years, we have done the right things on the front end, throughout the construction phases and after the project is completed.

Upon project completion, we assembly a personalized warranty binder. It will include our Three Year Warranty Certificate, copies of your Project Specifications, Job Site Quality Control Sheets and Instruction Manuals for all new appliances. We also initiate our warranty follow up program of scheduled phone calls every six months for the three years of warranty coverage..Between scheduled phone calls, Kelly Auten, our Client Relations Manager, will be your contact for all repairs that fall under the umbrella of our warranty coverage.
